When you play the game of gourmet burgers, you flip or you fry – because we don’t do microwaves – our meals are freshly prepared by only the finest of grill champions. At GBK, we make burgers better, but we serve experiences too. That’s why we need you – to help us to deliver the best burgers in all the land.

We’re looking for an experienced sous or head chef, with a lot of personality and passion for leading and developing teams. If you’re familiar with creating rotas, managing stock and all of those business financials, then what are you waiting for?

About The Company

In 2001, three kiwi guys set up the first GBK in Battersea, South London. Their philosophy was simple –to create a fresh, quality burger reminiscent of the gourmet burgers they were used to back in New Zealand. They were the first to introduce gourmet burgers to the London market and we still pride ourselves on serving up the freshest burgers; with the best ingredients and sauces made from scratch every day in each GBK kitchen.
