We’re after an experienced sous or head chef who has lots of personality and is passionate about leading and developing their teams. You’ll be a leader who is familiar with creating rotas, managing stock and all the financials of a business. In return you’ll be working for a company that doesn’t take itself too seriously, that knows how to have a laugh and you’ll be cooking burgers for the biggest burger lovers!

About The Company

In 2001, three kiwi guys set up the first GBK in Battersea, South London. Their philosophy was simple –to create a fresh, quality burger reminiscent of the gourmet burgers they were used to back in New Zealand. They were the first to introduce gourmet burgers to the London market and we still pride ourselves on serving up the freshest burgers; with the best ingredients and sauces made from scratch every day in each GBK kitchen.
